Central Utah Prison Release Paths

3. Use Utah VINE for a matched release or movement alert, but verify it.

No result does not prove discharge. UDC limits the public search to people currently under its supervision. A no-match might reflect full sentence termination, a name or identifier mismatch, a county-only case, another jurisdiction, or another coverage issue. The search is not a promised archive of past discharges.

Central Utah Board Release Decisions

Uintah Supervision After Gunnison Release

When a person returns to Uintah County on parole, UDC Adult Probation and Parole Region 6 is the local supervision office. AP&P applies supervision conditions and responds to violations. It does not grant parole or choose the prison placement. The Board handles parole authority, and UDC operates Central Utah Correctional Facility.

Use UDC’s current-supervision result before calling when possible. Ask Region 6 to verify what may lawfully be shared about the supervising location or status. For custody classification across all authorities, the Uintah County release search separates county jail, state prison, and federal systems. A Uintah case origin does not make the county jail the record holder for a Gunnison prison release.
